¡Hola! Para que viajes tranquilo, te compartimos nuestras condiciones según la normativa en Chile.

Sobre tu boleto.

Primero, revisa con atención los datos de tu voucher: la ruta, la fecha y la hora (AM/PM) de salida. Una vez que lo tienes en tus manos, no podemos responsabilizarnos si hay algún error. Recuerda que no aceptamos boletos rotos, ilegibles o alterados. Y si no los usas o se vencen, no hay reembolso.

Cambios y Devoluciones.

Si necesitas cambiar tu voucher, confirmarlo o pedir un reembolso, escríbenos a hello@australbus.com o acércate a una de nuestras oficinas. Solo tienes que adjuntar tu boleto y, si es un cambio, contarnos la nueva fecha y hora. Recuerda que el boleto antiguo ya no será vigente, lo que revisamos en el control de embarque. Puedes realizar hasta 3 cambios en tu boleto de bus.

¿Necesitas cambiar tu voucher?

Viajes nacionales: Puedes hacer el cambio hasta 1 hora antes de la salida. Ojo: si tu bus sale entre las 06:30 y las 7:15 hrs, el cambio debe ser el día anterior.
Viajes internacionales: Tienes hasta 72 horas antes de la salida para hacer el cambio.
Si tienes un boleto abierto, ¡tienes 90 días para usarlo!

¿Quieres un reembolso?

Viajes nacionales: Puedes pedirlo hasta 4 horas antes de la salida.
Viajes internacionales: Pídelo con al menos 72 horas de anticipación, según la normativa vigente (DS 183/64).
Ten en cuenta que descontaremos un 15% del valor de tu pasaje, de acuerdo con el Art. 67° del DS 212/92 MTT. El dinero se depositará en 10 días hábiles. Si eres del extranjero, necesitamos que tengas una cuenta de PayPal para poder pagarte.
Importante: solo podemos reembolsar pasajes que no hayan sido cambiados de fecha o se hayan dejado abiertos después de la compra.

Tu equipaje.

Cada persona puede llevar hasta 30 kg de equipaje o un volumen de 180 decímetros cúbicos (Art. 68° DS 212/92 MTT). Si viajas con bicicletas o equipaje sobredimensionado, son “equipaje especial”, así que infórmate de las condiciones con anticipación. Cuando entregues tu equipaje, pide siempre el comprobante. Este registro debe incluir tu nombre y tu número de asiento.
Si tu equipaje es muy valioso (más de 5 UTM), debes declararlo con su respectiva documentación en la oficina de origen (Art. 70° DS 212/92 MTT). Por favor, cuida tus pertenencias, ya que no nos hacemos responsables por los objetos que se pierdan dentro de la cabina del bus.

Terminal de Embarque y horario de llegada.

Viajes nacionales: Debes presentarte al embarque al menos 30 min. antes de la hora de salida.
Viajes internacionales: Debes presentarte al embarque al menos 1 hr. antes de la hora de salida.
Te comunicamos que los horarios de salida desde Torres del Paine pueden variar un poco debido a las conexiones con otros servicios y al estado de la ruta.
Recuerda que los horarios de llegada son estimados, dadas las condiciones extremas de nuestros destinos. No podemos garantizar una hora exacta, así que tómalo en cuenta y viaja con tiempo si tienes alguna conexión o compromiso.

Viajes Internacionales.

Si te rechazan en los controles migratorios, lamentablemente no habrá reembolsos, ni cambios ni compensaciones. Los motivos más comunes son: Falta de documentos, tener la cédula de identidad vencida o rota, no cumplir con los requisitos migratorios, tener prohibido salir del país. Debes comprar un voucher por cada menor de edad que viaje contigo, ellos serán ingresados en el manifiesto de pasajeros.

Uso de asientos.

Considera que los primeros asientos del bus son preferenciales para personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida, de acuerdo con la Ley 20.422, Art. 30°. Si estás sentado en uno de ellos y alguien lo necesita, nuestro equipo te pedirá que le cedas tu lugar. Por seguridad, te recomendamos no viajar con niños pequeños en la primera fila. A veces, por razones de fuerza mayor, podríamos necesitar cambiar tu asiento. Si esto sucede, te lo haremos saber. El uso de cinturón es obligatorio por la Autoridad (Ley 18.290) y puede salvar tu vida en caso de accidente.

Hello! To ensure you have a smooth trip, we would like to share our terms and conditions in accordance with Chilean regulations.

About your voucher.

First, carefully check your voucher information: the route, date, and departure time (A.M/P.M). Once you have it in your hands, we cannot be held responsible for any errors. Remember that we do not accept torn, illegible, or altered vouchers. And if you don’t use them or they expire, there are no refunds.

Refunds and Voucher Changes.

If you need to change your voucher, confirm it, or request a refund, please email us at hello@australbus.com or visit one of our offices. Simply attach your voucher and, if it is a change, let us know the new date and time. Remember that your old voucher will no longer be valid, which we will check at the boarding gate. You can make up to 3 changes to your bus voucher.

Need to change your voucher?

National travel: You can make changes up to 1 hour before departure. Note: If your bus departs between 6:30 a.m. and 7:15 a.m., changes must be made the day before.
International travel: You have up to 72 hours before departure to make changes.
If you have an open voucher, you have 90 days to use it!

Would you like a refund?

National travel: You can request a refund up to 4 hours before departure.
International travel: Request a refund at least 72 hours in advance, in accordance with current regulations (DS 183/64).
Please note that we will deduct 15% from the value of your voucher, in accordance with Article 67 of DS 212/92 MTT. The money will be deposited within 10 business days. If you are abroad, we require you to have a PayPal account so we can pay you.
Important: We can only refund vouchers that have not been rebooked or left open after purchase.

Your luggage.

Each person may carry up to 30 kg of luggage or a volume of 180 cubic decimeters (Art. 68 DS 212/92 MTT). If you are traveling with bicycles or oversized luggage, these are considered “special luggage,” so be sure to check the conditions in advance. When you check your luggage, always ask for a receipt. This receipt must include your name and seat number.
If your luggage is very valuable (more than 5 UTM), you must declare it with the corresponding documentation at the office of origin (Art. 70° DS 212/92 MTT). Please take care of your belongings, as we are not responsible for items lost inside the bus cabin.

Departure Terminal and arrival time.

National travel: You must arrive at the boarding area at least 30 minutes before departure time.
International travel: You must arrive at the boarding area at least 1 hour before departure time.
Please note that departure times from Torres del Paine may vary slightly due to connections with other services and road conditions.
Please remember that arrival times are estimates, given the extreme conditions at our destinations. We cannot guarantee an exact time, so please keep this in mind and allow plenty of time if you have a connection or other commitments.

International Travel.

If you are denied entry at immigration control, unfortunately there will be no refunds, changes, or compensation. The most common reasons are: lack of documents, expired or damaged identity card, failure to meet immigration requirements, or being prohibited from leaving the country. You must purchase a voucher for each minor traveling with you; they will be included in the passenger manifest.

Seat usage.

Please note that the first seats on the bus are reserved for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, in accordance with Law 20.422, Art. 30. If you are sitting in one of these seats and someone else needs it, our team will ask you to give up your seat. For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not travel with small children in the front row. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to change your seat. If this happens, we will let you know. The use of seat belts is mandatory by law (Law 18,290) and can save your life in the event of an accident.
